 A few changes for our upcoming season! 

Sorting:

Friday evening sortings will now be 3 man 2 gate. This class this year allows pick team to enter, but for every pick team you will be put into the draw one time. Maximum times to enter will be unlimited, the class is capped at an 8.

Penning:

Penning classes in the 2025 year will be as follows, 2+, 5, 8, 10, and an open class with a handicap equalizer. You can draw into the open but you must have a pick team in order to do so.

Points: 

Point system has been changed from "teams you beat" to "points for top ten" 

The directors believe this system will allow members that enter smaller classes, to be able to also compete for high point prizes.

ie. 1st place will get 10 points, 2nd will get 9 points, 3rd- 8 points, etc.

The board would also like to put out the reminder to get your STCPA and CTCPA memberships in along with your SHF membership. To make this easier we have added the ability to e-Transfer. We are set up for auto deposit so no password is necessary.

• Membership list has been updated and attached under Forms. Please note that only the members in black have paid their memberships.

The Aug  weekend will be the year end wind up with awards being presented. The awards will be based on points accumulated from the 4 previous weekends not including the wind up weekend.

• 
   These shows are to compete in a mature fun manner with respect to the judge and other riders. If there is an issue, please talk to the judge in professional tactful way. If this does not happen, the board of directors will step in.

Don and Chadrick are the arena  reps.  Any concerns, please bring up to Don and/or Chadrick ONLY and they will address the concerns.

ALL  SANCTION SHOWS AND SORTINGS ARE HELD AT WHEATFIELD SOUL EQUESTRIAN CENTRE THIS YEAR, THE 4R'S  ARENA HAS MOVED THEIR MAY WEEKEND DOWN TO THE WHEATFIELD ARENA.
