The Saskatchewan Team Cattle Penning Association is pleased to confirm that the 2020 memberships collected from last year will carry forward to the 2021 season! If you didn't have a membership in 2020, please fill out a new membership form.
In addition to that, the Canadian Team Cattle Penning Association has determined that they will carry forward the 2020 CTCPA membership only if you did not participate at Nationals in October 2020. For some of our members this will mean that you have already paid your fees to the CTCPA, all that is required is a new membership form to be filled out and sent in.
Any questions, please contact our secretary.
Riders competing in a STCPA Sanction event must have a valid SHF (Saskatchewan Horse Federation) membership or equivalent insurance. Out of Province riders must have membership in their Provincial Equine Insurance or equivalent insurance.
All paid 2020 members of LTCPA automatically are members for the 2021 Season (as per Ref A: email dated June 29, 2020 ) (2020 LTCPA Membership Carry-over to 2021- If there are not a total of 6 shows offered for 2020 season - three weekends). This year’s membership will carry forward for 2021 full year membership). Anyone wanting to become a new member for the 2021 season is required to have their membership dues paid in full prior to April 30th, 2021. Late fees will apply to memberships starting May 1st, 2021. CTCPA has asked that anyone wishing to be a CTCPA member, fill out the Rider Rating Form at Ref B: (2021 CTCPA Membership Rating Form) and submit to the CTCPA office (at Ref C: firstname.lastname@example.org) 1 month prior to riding in a CTCPA Sanctioned event. Any questions on filling out the form to be directed to CTCPA. LTCPA Directors are constantly monitoring Alberta Mass Gathering Restrictions. We are all aware that these restrictions are changing continuously and what they may be, for our first scheduled Show, is unknown. Also unknown is what Policies may be in place at the venues we host our shows until that time. LTCPA will reassess and update show information by April 30, 2021, which is 2 weeks prior to the first scheduled show in Cold Lake May 15/16, 2021.
